WHERE IS THE HOTEL LOCATED
We are just 30 meters from the beach in the north of Riccione
HOW FAR IS VIALE CECCARINI AND HOW CAN I REACH IT?
In less than 10 minutes’ walk you can reach Viale Dante, the shopping street that leads to Viale Ceccarini, 1,800 meters from the hotel. Otherwise you can reach the heart of the city by means of our free city bikes in 5 minutes or by bus no. 11 (stop no. 40) which stops 10 meters from the hotel and provides 24h service.
WHAT TIME IS THE ROOM AVAILABLE?
Our goal is to reduce your waiting time as much as possible! If your room was not occupied the night before your arrival, you will find it ready by early morning. Otherwise, we will prepare it for you as soon as it is cleared, with the utmost care for thorough cleaning and complete reorganization. The room must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure, so that it will be prepared and made available by 1.00 pm on the same day at the latest.
WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO LEAVE THE ROOM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE?
We kindly ask you to leave your room by 10.00. On request, and subject to availability, we are pleased to extend your use of the room. With an extra charge of € 15.00 we propose mid-late check-out until 2.00 pm or with an extra charge of € 30.00 day use until 6.00 pm. The option must however be expressly agreed in advance with the reception desk.
CAN I HAVE THE SEA VIEW ROOM?
Our sea view rooms are for 3 or 4 people. If you would like to have a sea view room for 1 or 2 people, a 10% extra charge is required compared to the current rate.
HOW IS BREAKFAST?
Breakfast is our strength! In the name of tradition and innovation, attentive to the needs and the growing desire for freedom and flexibility of demand, we have the ambition to be the first Quality Breakfast Hotel on the Riviera.
Our strength and pride will be the intercontinental buffet breakfast that will be served until 12.00, enriched by our Chef Ivan Meletti’s cooking show: a sort of “breakfast laboratory” where you can savor fresh zero-km products, homemade desserts, eggs, organic jams, local cheeses and cured meats, bread varieties, juices, squeezed fruit juices, gluten-free foods and much more, to help make breakfast a multi-sensory and unforgettable experience.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE BAR?
The bar is open from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm
WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?
We have 3 solutions! We have a free outdoor parking space subject to availability (not bookable) 300 meters from the hotel. We also have a paid parking area just 80 meters from the hotel where the parking space is reserved for the duration of the stay. Finally, upon reservation and payment we have a covered and reserved car box under the hotel.
WHAT BEACH CAN I GO TO?
We have agreements with 5 beaches, of which 2 right in front of the hotel. Three of these can also be accessed by our 4-legged friends for a small fee. We ensure absolute preferential rates for our guests.
IS ENTERTAINMENT PROVIDED ON THE BEACH?
Of course, it is. All our partner beaches provide entertainment for adults and children as well as many other services, sports activities, etc.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A SWIMMING POOL?
Of course! The outdoor heated pool with whirlpool corner is open every day from May to September from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm. Its depth is 140 cm and access to children is allowed only if they are accompanied by an adult.
IS ADMISSION TO THE BEACH VILLAGE WATERPARK INCLUDED?
From June to September, access is free for guests who have booked their stay directly with us. For guests who have booked through the online booking portals, admission is for a fee (reduced rate).
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IF I BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL OR THROUGH AN ONLINE BOOKING PORTAL LIKE BOOKING.COM?
Rooms reserved for bookings made through online portals are limited; by booking directly with us (via e-mail or by phone), at the same rate and on the same cancellation policy, we guarantee you a Superior room as well as discounts at one of the 5 partner beaches and free admission for the entire stay to the Beach Village waterpark.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Pets are welcome! Your four-legged friend stays in the room with you, but out of respect for all the other guests, he or she cannot access the breakfast restaurant and the pool area. During your stay you are not allowed to leave your pets unattended in your room, make them climb on beds, furnishings and curtains, and careful surveillance is required in order to avoid any possible inconvenience to the other guests of the hotel. As the room needs special attention to be sanitized at the end of the stay, we ask for a small daily extra charge.
ARE BEACH TOWELS INCLUDED?
Of course, beach towels are included for guests who purchase the beach service at a discounted rate of more than 3 days. It is however possible to take our beach towel even for stays below the daily rate of € 2.00.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE ROOMS?
All double, triple or quadruple rooms with bunk beds have a surface area of 16.90 m² to 19.70 m². Double rooms for single use have a surface area of 13.50 m² to 15.2 m².
DO YOU HAVE SUITABLE ROOMS FOR DISABLED PEOPLE?
The hotel is fully accessible to disabled people and has some specially designed rooms located on the ground/pool floor.
DO YOU HAVE WI-FI CONNECTION?
Of course, we do. Wi-Fi connection is present in all rooms and common areas; the service is free of charge. The hotel also has a free Internet point for guests.
DO YOU REQUEST A DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING?
The confirmation deposit is required to confirm the booking.
Alternatively, it is necessary to leave the details of a valid credit card (such details will be processed in compliance with the current privacy regulations).

In the reason for payment, state the following: “stay deposit from Mr. ___” and provide the reservation number assigned.
If the bank transfer is not received by the date agreed at the time of booking, the booking shall be considered canceled.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
If the bank transfer is not received by the date agreed at the time of booking, the booking shall be considered canceled. Alternatively, you can leave your credit card details, which will be treated in compliance with the current privacy regulations. Subject to consent, the amount of the credit card deposit will be withdrawn. In case of cancellation at least 5 days in advance, we will refund the full amount of the deposit (for B&B service bookings). For all-inclusive service bookings, in case of cancellation within 14 days from the day of arrival, the amount of the deposit can be used for a stay in our hotels in the mountains in Bormio or in Riccione. In case of cancellation or changes made after the contractual terms or in case of failure to turn up the amount of the deposit will be retained.
WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF EARLY DEPARTURE?
In case of early departure at least 3 nights are calculated as compensation.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Cash, international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and debit cards (Bancomat, Vpay, Maestro) and bank and postal checks are accepted. Payment must be made by the day of departure and no payments after departure are allowed.
ARE THERE BICYCLES TO MOVE AROUND THE CITY?
Yes, hotel bicycles can be used by all guests subject to availability and free of charge (max 2 hours per person to give everyone the opportunity to use them), but they are not bookable; before use, ask the reception desk for the keys. The service is available from 6.00 am to midnight.
WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE ALEXANDER MUSIC TERRACE?
Open from mid-June to mid-September on the fifth floor of the hotel, it offers a splendid view of the sea and the beautiful hills of San Marino. Open from 6.00 pm to midnight, it is a relaxing place to sip a drink in the candlelight with lounge music in the background.
